Tried to install an old plugin, submit button didn't found

Tried to install an old plugin, submit button didn't found

Hello guys

I tried to install an old plugin changing the compatibility to 18

Luckily installed successfully and i didn't get any error msg .

In it's settings every field is there as normally it was coded for

But there is no submit button after the fields i think something is wrong with the plugin

Can anyone help me with this?
